Create shortcut to all of your programs on the keyboard:

1. Go to the Desktop view
2. Right mouse click on the desktop
3. Choose New, then Shortcut
4. type in the box: explorer shell:appsfolder
5. Name it All Apps

Create a easy to access Shutdown button

1. Go to the Desktop view
2. Right mouse click on the desktop
3. Choose New, then Shortcut
4. type in the box: shutdown.exe -s -t 00
5. Name it Shutdown
6. Right click on the new shortcut icon and select Pin it to the Taskbar
